Sorry to lose you Makoto! We'll schedule the next one for when you're back in London. :-)
This is still most decidedly on, and we are in negotiations with Donkey Kong's agent. It looks like we have numbers somewhere in the teens, so The Duke of York have kindly (wisely?) let us have a room to ourselves.
We will be DOWNSTAIRS in the pub, in the basement - down the spiral staircase, you can't miss it. Follow the signs that say "reserved for private function" or whatever. It's pleasantly cosy down there, perfect for conversation and drinks, and unless PL drops supers, we'll have plenty of space.
I'll be there from around 18:00; feel free to rock up any time during the evening. We'll probably be nattering away until around closing time.
See you on Saturday - I can't wait! |

Amrthis: cool! Good choices, sounds like you're having fun... It might be possible on my part, still trying to pin down my schedule for tomorrow. Perhaps we can get a small posse together... I have a small but enjoyable repertoire of mini-tours and quirky places to visit. :-) |

Thank you everyone for coming, and for a great evening! The choice of pub seems to have met with general approval, so let's stick with it next time. We'll schedule the next one for June or July, hopefully at a time when Makoto Priano will be back in London. In the meantime, I hope to see you all at the Veto meet in May.
